Are you thinking about creating a new social venture, or would like to develop an existing venture. Tak a look at the Cambridge Social Venture Programme run by the Judge Business School.
The next Programme dates are:
September 30 – October 2
November 25 – 27
The Social Venture Weekend offers two and a half days of intensive world class training for people with an ambition to set up or grow a business dedicated to making positive social impact. The training, provided by Cambridge Judge Business School, helps emerging social ventures refine their idea and develop their business plan and pitch.
Ventures who’ve joined us in the past tell us the weekend is an inspiring introduction to social enterprise. Participants share and test ideas with other social entrepreneurs, learn from the experiences of successful entrepreneurs and pitch their idea to a panel of experienced advisors, investors and entrepreneurs.
Thanks to Cabinet Office funding, we are able to offer the weekend for a fee of only £75 +VAT, with tickets available for co-founder or business partners for a further £50 +VAT. We are also offering discounted early bird tickets for a limited time – until midnight on Sunday 3 April.

Social enterprises trade to tackle social problems, improve communities, people’s life chances, or the environment. They make their money from selling goods and services in the open market, but they reinvest their profits back into the business or the local community. And so when they profit, society profits.
